ANTI-INFLAMMATORY BAKED TILAPIA LOINS
Baked Tilapia Loins

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tilapia Loins (Kirkland Costco brand)
  • Kerrygold Butter (or similar pure grass-fed 100% butter)
  • High-Quality Organic Paprika
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (from Costco)
  • Fine Ground Black Pepper (from Costco)
Method:
 
    1. Defrost the filets in water and then rinse.
    2. Place filets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or in a glass dish.
    3. Sprinkle fillets with the salt, light dusting of pepper, light dusting of paprika just for color and 3 small pieces of butter per fillet.
    4. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
    5. Serve with fresh organic lemon wedges (ideally from your garden)
    6. This fish dish works well with rice, steamed potatoes, asparagus and/or zucchini. Also for tacos!
