- 4 Tilapia Loins (Kirkland Costco brand)
- Kerrygold Butter (or similar pure grass-fed 100% butter)
- High-Quality Organic Paprika
- Pink Himalayan Salt (from Costco)
- Fine Ground Black Pepper (from Costco)

Defrost the filets in water and then rinse.
- Place filets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or in a glass dish.
- Sprinkle fillets with the salt, light dusting of pepper, light dusting of paprika just for color and 3 small pieces of butter per fillet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve with fresh organic lemon wedges (ideally from your garden)
- This fish dish works well with rice, steamed potatoes, asparagus and/or zucchini. Also for tacos!
